What is Life Coaching?
A coach is literally a vehicle which carries a person (or group of people) from a starting location to a desired location.
Your coaching session can be booked anytime throughout the year with Amanda.

We have a Coaching team that will ensure you are taken to your destination in life, whether it is something you want to change or a goal your going for, we can help.
Amanda and Tracey are both NLP Practitioners and Certified hypnotherapists.
The coaching context offers a way of creating personal and professional alignment for individuals, opens up possibilities, taps in to inner resources and develops a deeper stronger sense of self.
NLP Coaching is a powerful process, facilitating you to achieve deep change, in a safe and supportive environment and allows people to access their inner resources, to see clearly what they want, to change self-sabotaging behaviors, to unleash their inner energy and drive, take action and get the results they want.
NLP coaching is a powerful tool for sustainable change with clients, and really gets to the key obstacles in a person’s life – the self-limiting beliefs. We work together to change these to empowering beliefs, this then allows the client to move to the next level in coaching excellence.
Amanda works Internationally and has practices in two countries, Portugal and New Zealand. Tracey works in New Zealand.
Both practices are very comfortable and you can be assured of total confidentiality. ‘Your Life Live It’ abides by INLPTA, ICF, ICI, APROCEP and the New Zealand Association of NLP code of ethics, this means peace of mind with total confidentiality at all times.
Telephone and Skype sessions can also be arranged.
Amanda is a Supervision Coach with the International Coaching Institution and works with coaches internationally, you can book a supervision session with her, Amanda also assists in coaches qualifying for their International Accreditation.
